Who we are

1. Services

Sky Balloon Marrakech sells hot air balloon experiences departing from the Marrakech area: the shared “Sunrise Flight” and the exclusive “Private Balloon”.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in euros and include the services listed on each experience page. Sunrise Flight: €79 per person. Private Balloon: €3,600 per balloon for up to 16 guests.

3. Booking and deposit

A booking is confirmed once the 25% deposit has been paid online and a confirmation has been sent by email. The remaining 75% is payable on the morning of the flight, before take-off. The balance can be paid in cash or by card.

4. Weather and flight decisions

All flights depend on weather conditions assessed on the morning of the flight. If the flight cannot take place for weather or safety reasons, the guest may choose to reschedule the flight or receive a refund. The decision to fly, the flight route, its duration and the landing site are made by the pilot alone, for safety reasons.

6. Health and conditions of participation

Minimum age: 10 years. Flights are not recommended for pregnant women, people with a fear of heights, or people with heart or respiratory conditions. Guests must disclose any condition that may affect their safety and follow the pilot’s instructions at all times.

7. Pickup

Pickup and drop-off are provided at the guest’s hotel or riad in Marrakech. Guests must be ready at the time communicated the day before; the driver waits a maximum of 10 minutes. After that, the pickup is considered missed (no-show) and the deposit is not refunded.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law.
