Payment Policy

Deposit and balance

Every booking works the same way:

• 25% deposit paid online when you book, to secure your date;
• 75% balance payable on the morning of your flight.

The full price is always displayed before you pay. The deposit is never presented as the total price.

Examples

• Sunrise Flight, 2 guests: total €158 → deposit €39.50 online → balance €118.50 on the morning.
• Private Balloon: total €3,600 → deposit €900 online → balance €2,700 on the morning.

Online payment

Deposits are paid by card through Stripe, a secure payment provider. Card details are processed by the payment provider and never stored on this website. Currency: euro (EUR). Your bank may apply conversion fees.

Balance on the day

The 75% balance is paid on the morning of the flight, in cash or by card.

Refunds

If your flight is cancelled because of the weather and you choose a refund, the amounts paid are refunded within 3 days. If you cancel yourself, refunds of the deposit follow our Cancellation & Weather Policy.
