With the Private Balloon, the basket is reserved for your group alone. No strangers, no shared schedule — just your own pilot, your own balloon and the light coming up over the Atlas. Breakfast is served right in the basket, as you fly.
It is the experience we suggest for proposals and anniversaries, for families who want to share the moment together, and for anyone who wants the morning to feel completely their own.

How the morning unfolds

Before you book.

The Sunrise Flight costs €79 per person. A Private Balloon, reserved for your group only, costs €3,600. You pay a 25% deposit online to confirm your date (€19.75 per person, or €900 for a private balloon) and the remaining 75% on the morning of your flight.

Safety comes before the schedule. If wind or visibility are not suitable on the morning, the flight does not take place. You can then move your flight to another date or receive a refund.

Balloons fly at sunrise, when the air is calmest. Hotel pickup is between 5:00 and 5:30 am, depending on where your hotel or riad is in Marrakech. We confirm your exact time the day before your flight.

Plan for the whole morning. The flight itself lasts 40 to 60 minutes depending on the weather, and the full experience, from pickup to drop-off, takes 4 h 30 to 5 h.

We pick you up and drop you back at your hotel or riad in Marrakech. Please be ready on time: the driver waits 10 minutes at most. When you book, simply give us the name of your hotel or riad; for riads deep in the medina we will confirm a nearby meeting point.

On the Private Balloon, a Moroccan breakfast is served in the basket during the flight.

Children can fly from the age of 10.

Yes. The Private Balloon reserves the entire balloon for your group — ideal for proposals, anniversaries or families. It costs €3,600 for up to 16 guests.

Weather cancellations are always rescheduled or refunded. If you cancel: 7 days or more before your flight, your deposit is refunded in full; 4 to 6 days before, 50% of the deposit is refunded; 3 days or less before, the deposit is not refunded. Date changes follow the same rules — but contact us: if we still have availability, we can often move your flight free of charge.
